Amy Morel L’Horset has a list of credentials a mile long, and as you’ll see in our conversation, she’s extremely well qualified to talk about diabetes, prediabetes, and a lot of psychological aspects that surround behavioral change. Some of the highlights of her credentials are a Ph.D. in dietetics and nutrition and a master’s degree in clinical counseling. She’s also a certified diabetes care specialist and an adjunct professor at Rutgers University.
