How can your primary care provider help you find your health baseline?
A couple different things. First, you want to check your sugar. Your blood glucose level or hemoglobin A1C will help tell you how your sugar’s doing. Another option is your cholesterol level. Cholesterol very important for heart health, and also your vitals, which includes your blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen level.
Those three things are very important to helping you find your health baseline.
Next would be your diet and exercise. Once you get those down, you can take all five of those aspects, talk to your primary care physician and we’ll go over them and then work on them to improve your health.
